Buying a Trailer

Q: Why should I buy a PlayCraft versus another utility or watercraft trailer?

A: PlayCraft Trailers are handmade and built to last. They are made with thick angle iron or tubular steel so they will meet all of your specialized requirements.

Q: Do I get a warranty with a new PlayCraft utility or watercraft trailer?

A: All new trailers come with a full one-year warranty that covers the workmanship on the trailer. Wearable items such as brakes and tires are not covered unless there is evidence of a manufacturer’s defect in the materials.

Q: How do I order a new PlayCraft Trailer?

A: Once we finalize the trailer you want, we will need a 20% deposit to get started. Deposits can be made by credit card, check or cash. The balance due on the trailer is collected at the time of delivery.

Q: I recently purchased a new PlayCraft Trailer. What type of service do I need to do to keep it running well?

A: The most important service on any new PlayCraft Trailer is the axles and bearings. Bearings need to be serviced (repacked) every 12,000 miles. You can schedule to have your axles serviced right here at our facility by calling (602) 268-6406.

Custom Orders

Q: I am purchasing a 4-wheeler but the dealer doesn’t sell trailers for these vehicles. How fast can I get a PlayCraft Trailer?

A: PlayCraft Trailers are designed and built to meet the needs of our customers. Please call us to tell us what type of vehicle you are purchasing and we will recommend and build a trailer to meet your needs. Generally we can build a trailer and have it ready for pickup in five days.

Q: Most trailers are either black or white. Can I choose a custom color to match my truck or my toys?

A: Yes, we can custom paint trailers for your individual needs.

Q: I’d like to make some custom changes to my trailer. Does PlayCraft offer customizations on new trailer orders?

A: Yes, we do offer various customizations for new trailer orders. Price and options for customizations depend on the amount of time and materials needed to complete the customization. Contact us at (866) 887-2453 for more information and a quote for your customization.

Q: I am a trailer dealer in the Southwestern United States. Does PlayCraft Trailer have a dealer distribution program?
